Pasture Raised Beef
Individual beef cuts from our farm to your table.
A Simpler Way to Bring Home Good Beef
Feeding a family well takes more effort than it should. Between schedules, budgets, and a grocery store full of labels that all claim to be “better,” it’s easy to feel like you’re guessing more than choosing.

Buying beef directly from the farm simplifies that decision. You know where it came from, how it was raised, and that someone stood behind it long before it reached your kitchen. We offer individual pasture raised beef cuts so you can bring home quality food for your family without planning months ahead or committing to more than you need.

This is one choice you don’t have to second-guess.
What "Pasture Raised" Means at Cross B
For us, pasture raised means cattle live on pasture with room to move, graze, and behave like cattle. It means thoughtful pasture management, daily observation, and decisions made with long-term animal health in mind.

We focus on raising cattle responsibly and consistently, not chasing labels or trends. Our goal is to provide beef you can trust, raised with care from start to finish.
How Our Beef Is Raised
Our cattle are raised in a low-stress environment with regular care and attention. We prioritize animal health, calm handling, and responsible management at every stage. From pasture conditions to herd health, we stay involved so nothing is left to chance. Our cattle are raised on pasture and finished with grain to support flavor and tenderness.
From Pasture to Processing
We work with trusted processors and take care to ensure cattle are transported and handled respectfully. Processing decisions are made thoughtfully, with quality and transparency as the priority. We believe how an animal is handled at the end matters just as much as how it was raised.

Planning Ahead
Some families choose to plan ahead for a quarter or half beef once they’re comfortable buying directly from the farm. These options require advance planning and aren’t always available, but they can be a good fit for those ready to take that step.
