Each order includes up to 12 hatching eggs from our selectively bred Olive Egger breeding pens.Our Olive Egger program is now multi-generational. The 2026 season will include the first F4 birds, and hatching eggs may come from F1, F2, F3, or F4 hens depending on pen rotation.
 
Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Due to natural laying cycles and breeding pen rotation, fulfillment may take 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.
 
Eggs are collected within a 3-day window prior to shipment, stored on egg turners at room temperature, and candled to ensure structural integrity before packing.
 
Breeding Focus
 
Our Olive Egger program is built from carefully selected Cream Legbars, Black Copper Marans, and Crele Penedesencas.
 
We are intentionally breeding for:
• Beautiful depth and richness across the blue-to-dark-brown spectrum
• Unique and layered egg tones for a dynamic egg basket
• Structurally sound, well-balanced birds
• Strong vigor and consistent egg production
 
This is not a mixed flock cross, but a purposeful egg-color program designed to combine beauty, productivity, and quality breeding stock.
 
Due to the genetic layering involved in olive egg production, egg color may vary between hens and across generations.
 
Shipping & Pickup
 
Shipping is included in the listed price. Each dozen is packed using foam shipping systems and sent via USPS Priority Mail.
 
We ship to states that allow NPIP-certified poultry and hatching eggs.
 
AI Clean certification update expected April 2026.
 
Each dozen is shipped separately. If multiple dozen are ordered, they will ship as they become available.
 
Local pickup is available by appointment. You will be contacted when your order is ready to schedule pickup.
 
Important – Please Read Before Ordering
 
If eggs arrive damaged, clear photos and video of the packaging and contents must be provided on the day of delivery, including the exterior box, interior packaging, and all damaged eggs. Once documentation is received, we will review and work toward an appropriate resolution.
 
We do not guarantee hatch rates. Hatch success is influenced by postal handling, incubation practices, equipment accuracy, and environmental conditions beyond our control.
